Cuddly beasts!

Okay, okay, I know I’ve already failed. I missed last week. Clearly this whole “schedule” thing is not something I can do. BUT! Because I do fail hardcore, I’m going to try to appeal to your better nature by offering you pictures of cute cuddly things. To be more specific, I’m going to post pictures of MY cuddly things. Since announcing a few weeks ago that Joe and I are having a Wookie, I thought maybe you’d like to know that this *technically* isn’t our first child. Okay, it’s our first child that is unlikely to poop outdoors. We’ll see though. If it’s anything like Joe, I may have to change that statement.

Without further ado, the beasts!

This is Abby. The mountain man holding her is my husband. Don’t worry, he’s cuddly too, especially with that “playoff” beard he’s sporting.
Abbydog is under the impression she’s a tiny lap dog and she can fit on top of me no matter I’m doing.
Case in point. She’s a solid 45-50lbs.
Most of the time, the evil cat gets jealous, so he joins in on the “Pile on Jen” fun. Do you see why I can never get any writing done?
Abby likes the snow.
Luke likes to pretend like he can hide. We see you, Luke. Your fat bottom isn’t hiding from anyone.
We also have a ferret, Izzy. She is the happiest creature in the world. She doesn’t care who you are, she just wants to play with you and then sleep under your blanket when she’s tired. She’s also a compulsive thief. It’s adorable to watch her drag dog toys twice her size across the room to her cage, with the dog looking on sadly because she can’t do anything the stop her.
All the beasts are best friends. I just can’t get them all to stay still long enough to be together in one picture.

Do you have cuddly beasts of your own? Share pictures with me here or send me a tweet with a link! I LOVE animals. Clearly, I have four of them.
